- How do I proceed through the check-out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Cart page and it will guide you through the check-out process.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard or issue a standard invoice.
- How safe is my personal information?
Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information. In the checkout process with credit card, your payment data will be protected by the SIX Payment Services in accordance with and certified by the international standards laid down by the PCI Security Standards Council. - I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2 days, and once your order is at our warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes.
- I am unsure about the size. How do I find this information?
Our collection complies with global sizing standards. Please order the size that you typically order in any clothing store. Additionally, on every item page you can find detailed measurement table which will help you decide on the size that fits you best!
- Can I return or exchange items that were purchased?
In general, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions will be accepted in case of quality issue caused by the producer. Please, use the contact form (select subject: Quality issue) and give an extensive description of the problem with the item.
- Do I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered at log-in stage. You can also check your order status by visiting My Account on our website.
- How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to geographical reasons or order consolidation. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You are informed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- Logistics – cost calculation and provider
Our logistic process is supported by UPS courier services. The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and are added automatically to your order at the check-out stage. The shipping rates have been individually negotiated with UPS for the purpose of the clothing project.
- How can I track my order?
Individual tracking number is assigned by UPS to every parcel. You are informed and can track your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
- Do you provide other delivery options?
Yes, every customer is allowed to arrange 'self-pick-up' from our warehouse in Konstanz (Germany). You can select it while checking-out your order.
- Is the shop available for private use as well?
Private orders are allowed but limited to credit card payment only.
- Can I have more purchasing accounts for my unit?
The number of purchasing accounts per unit is limited and pre-defined. Any additional account or ad-hoc user must be verified before activation. For this purpose, please use self-registering form available here.
- Should I follow any care instructions when washing my clothes?
Yes, please always read the care instructions before washing. These are necessary to avoid quality issues like color fading or extended shrinkage.
- Do you sell any other items besides those on WebShop?
No, all items which are available for sale are visible in the WebShop.
- How are the clothes being produced?
We are solely cooperating with partners offering BSCI, SA8000 or equivalent certificates. This guarantees fair working conditions and safety on the job.
- Who is the target user for this collection?
Every Service employee is welcomed to be our customer. However, this collection is designed for Service technicians who are required to wear it during their working hours.
- Is it obligatory for a technician to wear Service clothes?
Yes, this collection is a part of our corporate identity and helps in raising brand awareness for METTLER TOLEDO Service. Every unit is required to equip its technicians with work uniforms and promote its usage.
