Verbraucher haben ein vierzehntägiges Widerrufsrecht.
Widerrufsrecht
Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.
Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Lupa Deutschland GmbH, Max-Stromeyer-Strasse 31, D-78467 Konstanz, kundendienst@lupa-shop.ch, Telefon: +41 71 222 25 60) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.
Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren. Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.
Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei den folgenden Verträgen:
· Verträge zur Lieferung von Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind und für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Verbraucher maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Verbrauchers zugeschnitten sind.

Cancellation policy
Consumers have a right to cancel for fourteen days.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period lasts for fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party, who has been authorised by you and is not the consignor, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Lupa Deutschland GmbH, Max-Stromeyer-Strasse 31, D-78467 Konstanz, kundendienst@lupa-shop.ch, tel.: +41 (0)71 222 25 60) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. in the form of a letter, fax or email). You can use the attached cancellation form template for this purpose, but you do not have to do so.
As long as you have sent notification of the fact that you are exercising your right to cancel before the end of the cancellation period, the cancellation period deadline shall be deemed to have been met.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall be obliged to return all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred by you opting for an alternative type of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery we offer) immediately and at the very latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of the fact that you are exercising your right to cancel this contract. To make this return payment, we shall use the same method of payment used by you for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances shall you be charged fees as a result of this payment. We shall be entitled to refuse to make this payment until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back – whichever is the earliest.
You shall be obliged to return the goods to us immediately and at the very latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us that you are cancelling this contract. This deadline shall be deemed to have been adhered to if the goods have been dispatched before the period of fourteen days has passed. You shall bear any costs directly incurred by returning the goods. You shall only be required to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this has resulted from you handling the goods in any manner other than that necessary to ascertain the condition, specifications and functionality of the goods.
The right to cancel shall not apply in the case of the following contracts:
· Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that require the consumer to individually choose or define the goods before they are manufactured or that are customised explicitly to suit the individual requirements of the consumer.
